01 Sign up with Assessified
Begin by creating your teacher’s account on Assessified’s website. School administrators can also book a consultation to join the platform and get comprehensive school plans.
02 Create New Assessment
Once you sign up and reach Assessified’s dashboard, click New Assessment to begin with your first creation. You have three choices to create assessments from. Here they are:
- Generate with AI
- Pre-built assessment templates
- Create from scratch
If you choose “Generate with AI,” then here’s how you should progress:
03 Pick Your Preferred AI Creation
You have two options to kickstart your AI generation. Teachers have the option to generate assessments by uploading a PDF document. Secondly, they can also generate an assessment via a topic in the form of a prompt.
Let’s assume you selected the “Text or Prompt” option. Here’s how you should proceed:
04 Enter Necessary Details & Pick Your Questions
After you’re done with your AI assessment creation, set important details like the assessment title, subject, grade levels, and the educational board you follow. Once done, you can select the number of question types to include.
05 Enable or Disable Bloom’s Taxonomy
Tutors can set Bloom’s Taxonomy levels to assess each question type. For instance, you can select “Remembering” for Crossword puzzles.
06 Set the Quiz Duration & Add Prompt / Topic
Fix the assessment duration and follow it up by writing your topic for the quiz. The system will automatically suggest sub-topics for testing upon clicking the “Generate Subtopics” button after filling in all of the above fields.
07 Pick Sub-Topics or Add Your Own
Assessified allows you to select the generated sub-topics to create a quiz from. You can also add your own for a more tailored assessment building.
08 Generate AI-Powered Assessment
After setting the sub-topics for your assessment, hit “Generate Assessment with AI” to finalize your assessment. Assessified’s AI creates one complete assessment tailored to your requirements in less than 2 minutes.
